Keep a weekly journal of what you have accomplished and what still needs work. This way you will evaluate your progress and be encouraged to keep going.

Listen to energetic music that gets you "pumped up" and feeling active. It will help make a pace to your day. Good ideas are workout songs, exercise jams, etc.
