So long totally too long with no news from me the not gossip girl Cik Sikulipat hehehhee...
And now without further a dew me myself just wanna to share some recipe with any cheese freak out there..
Thanks to my lovely friend for sharing her recipe with me and now I wanna share it with you guys..
Lets grab a pen and paper...
Ingredients:
For the base of the cake,
18pcs Marie biscuits (biskut marie apa2 jenama pun boleh)
60gram butter (melt it)
For filling ingredients,
250gram cream cheese
30gram all purpose flour
30gram corn flour (mixed and sifted both flour)
100gram fine sugar
4 egg yolks
1tablespoon vanilla essence
1tablespoon paste cappuccino
150gram whipping cream
For meringue,
(beat all the ingredients until fluffy)
50gram fine sugar
4 white eggs
How to make:
1. Finely ground the Marie biscuits and mix it with the melted butter.
2. Pour the ingredients in the pan, press and compressed to the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate for an hour in
the refrigerator.
3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks one by one and beat again.
4. Add vanilla essence and paste cappuccino. Beat again. Gradually add flour and beat again.
5. Add whipping cream and beat until thick. After that add the meringue and mix in fold back.
6. Pour mixture over the cooled base done earlier.
7. Bake in bain marie at a temperature of 180c for 15 minutes followed by 139c for 80 minutes.
And its done to be eat HAPPILY EVER AFTER weeeeee
